DAS Saturday Plein Air Group - Sunday 29th September Manningtree

This month we met on a Sunday, gathering at Churchview Cafe, Manningtree, members enjoyed breakfast and refreshments before setting off to find their view to paint.

The tide was up and the weather, though quite dull was dry with occasional wind gusts.

Oils seemed to be the preferred medium with just a couple of watercolours, line & wash and pencil sketches.

A few of us returned to the Churchview cafe for homemade dinner, thoroughly recommend a visit to this family run cafe which also sells some lovely craft pieces.
