DAS Saturday Plein Air Group - 20th July 2024, Felixstowe Ferry

We had a very enjoyable plein air day out at the picturesque hamlet of Felixstowe Ferry, right where the mouth of the River Deben meets the North Sea.

We met at 10am and it was already a hive of activity, with people pulling their sailing boats down the road towards the slipway to be launched into the water and customers queuing for Seafood.

There were plenty of views to choose - from the working boatyard to the day trippers enjoying the sunshine. We even picked up a new member along the way!
